Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and directing prompt, efficient, and hospitable service throughout the restaurant
• Ensuring staff members maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Assisting in writing work schedules and reports
• Assisting in the hiring, training, and scheduling of employees
• Exercising sound managerial judgement and decision-making pertaining to employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, employee coaching to develop and maintain an environment of cooperation, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Evaluating performance of hourly employees and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous personal and professional growth of the team
• Receiving and resolving guest complaints in a timely and tactful manner to obtain guest satisfaction
• Assume responsibility of company funds and ensure responsible team members through the shift and track and reconcile daily cash

Compensation will be commensurate to experience and level of expertise.
